The VCA Cadre training program certifies knowledge of safety, health, and environmental issues applicable to technical work and sites. It complements DECRETON’s field experience and strengthens risk consideration during the preparation and coordination of operations.

Founded in 2025 in Mortain-Bocage, DECRETON brings together technical, entrepreneurial, and organizational expertise under a single approach: understanding the project, structuring the steps, and bringing in the right people.
Some projects fall under the umbrella of business development. Others require construction work, energy solutions, networks, or multiple partners. Many projects involve a combination of these elements. AEGIR supports business creation and development. Élec & Confort handles technical needs in France. DECRETON provides overall analysis and coordination.
Based in France and also operating in Belgium, the group supports its clients remotely or on-site, as needed. Its goal is not to do everything, but to ensure that each area of expertise is brought in at the right time, within a clear and consistent framework.
THE FOUNDER
Loïc DECRETON
A trained electrician and entrepreneur, Loïc DECRETON founded DECRETON in 2025 in Mortain-Bocage with one conviction: complex projects rarely fail due to a lack of ideas, but often due to a lack of method, coordination, and the right people to work with.
His career combines technical expertise, project management, business development, and corporate consulting in France and Belgium. This dual perspective on the field and the business is one of the cornerstones of the DECRETON method.
His role is gradually evolving toward project analysis, strategic decision-making, partnerships, and the group’s development. DECRETON is, however, designed to rely on an organizational structure, divisions, and a transferable methodology—not on any single person.
